Flagship Program · Level 2

Stop using AI.
Start directing it.

AI Agility is for people who already use AI daily and are good at it, and who have stopped learning anything from prompting advice. It builds reusable systems for working with AI as a thinking partner, a challenger, and an advisor, so the output is better decisions rather than faster drafts.

mixed teams

Your team is not at the same level.
The program already accounts for that.

AI Agility's core is built for people who already use AI daily and are good at it. For mixed teams, the included foundations let every learner enter at the right level. AI Agility includes both foundational courses for exactly that reason. Nobody buys a prerequisite separately, and nobody sits through material they do not need. A short intake places each person, and they enter where they should.

Enters at AI Literacy

Rarely uses AI, or uses it and is not sure they should be. Cannot say what should never be pasted into a tool. These are the people behind your unmeasured shadow-AI exposure, and they need a floor before anything else.

Enters at AI Fluency

Uses AI most weeks, has had genuinely good results, and cannot reliably repeat them. Asked why something worked, cannot say. This is the most common starting point for a working professional.

Enters at AI Agility

Uses AI daily and is good at it. Has stopped learning from prompting advice. Wants AI to make decisions better rather than drafts faster. Starts directly into the core program.

In a group of thirty, most organizations find the majority enter at one of the foundational levels, a meaningful minority start directly at Agility, and the distribution is rarely what leadership assumed. The intake tells you before you commit rather than after.
outcomes

Four things that are different when you finish.

1

Calibrate the collaboration before you start

Decide how much AI involvement a task actually warrants based on stakes, privacy, cost, and human impact. Decide how much of the work stays yours. Right-size structure so you are not building a system for a task that needed a conversation.

2

Build systems other people can use

Turn methods that worked once into operating contexts, reusable prompt assets, projects, and advisory boards. The standards and rubrics built here are reusable by colleagues who never took the course.

3

Direct complex and contested work

Get a model built to please you to genuinely disagree with you. Generate options your own framing would never have produced. Read a decision from every position it touches, including the people who bear its cost.

4

Ship work you can defend

Account for every substantive line of what you put your name on: claim, evidence, inference, assumption. Write the bar your work has to clear. Recognize when your own output has become polished, confident, and worth less to the reader than it cost them.

The capstone. The program ends with a documented Human × AI operating system the learner defends under questioning, and a named piece of their own work that is ready to become a workflow.
What the organization gets. Better decisions, and assets that spread. The collaboration systems, standards, and rubrics built during the program are reusable by people who did not take it.
The learning experience

An AI guide designed to make itself unnecessary.

Most AI training teaches prompts and then sends people to a chatbot somewhere else to try them. Virgil is an agentic learning guide with persistent memory, built into the platform, coaching each learner through applied practice against their own work.

It asks rather than answers, stays in the struggle rather than resolving it, and adapts to the learner's role and context. The point is not to produce a good output during the course. It is that the learner can produce one afterward without help.

Adapts to You

Personalizes to role, context, and the work actually in front of the learner.

Builds Skill, Not Need

Coaches toward independence rather than creating reliance on the guide.

Finds Your Blind Spots

Surfaces what the learner is not asking, not just what they asked.

Stays in the Struggle

Holds the productive difficulty instead of resolving it prematurely.

Delivery

Three ways to run it. Same content, same certificate.

Partner-led
Partner-led cohort

A scheduled cohort run by a partner institution, with a live kickoff, a group discussion board, and a facilitator throughout.

Best if you want a structured group start.
Private
Private team cohort

One employer, one cohort, run at a shared pace against your own context and your own work as the practice material. Typically 15 to 20 people.

Best if you want your context in the room.
Self-paced
Self-paced

Register and start today. Automated activity nudges keep you moving. Same content, same platform, same certificate.

No cohort date, no discussion board, no drip release, no facilitator.
Every mode includes 20 core modules, both foundational programs, Virgil, 90 days of access, and twelve months in the Directing Intelligence community with Momentum Modules on completion. Typical completion is five and a half weeks. Over 75 percent of learners finish. Every course meets WCAG 2.2 AA.
