Before you begin
Take the short AI Pathway Assessment for personal guidance on where to begin. Answer questions about how you use AI, how you evaluate its results and what you want to achieve. You’ll get a recommended starting program, an explanation of why it fits your answers and a pathway for what to learn next.
AI Foundations—Human-First AI Literacy and Human × AI Fluency—is included for everyone taking AI Agility, to meet you where you are. Neither program is a prerequisite.
Human-First AI Literacy builds understanding. Human × AI Fluency builds confidence in everyday collaboration. AI Agility develops your ability to direct that collaboration as the work and AI change. You learn to define what matters, choose AI’s role and evaluate the result. You turn what works into a reusable system—and know when to adapt it. That gives you a stronger starting point for familiar work and a way to take on something new.
AI Agility, Human-First AI Literacy and Human × AI Fluency: 48 modules and 24 hours of learning across the three programs. You also get applied practice with Virgil, 12 months access to the Directing Intelligence Community and a higher education partner certificate on completion. Applied practice requires additional time.
AI Agility itself includes 20 core modules and approximately 10 hours of guided learning. Allow additional time to practice on your own work. The 24-hour figure for AI Agility + AI Foundations covers all three programs, and the 20+ hours for Applied AI refers to its intermediate track.
Virgil is an Agentic Learning Guide configured to guide the applied exercises. Module design shapes how he leads, challenges, supports or steps back. Persistent memory of your goals, work and progress helps personalize the learning across courses. You remain in control of what he remembers.
All programs are delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS), available online and through the humanskills.ai app. You can move seamlessly between the online and app experiences. You receive all access and login information when you register for a course.
A higher education partner certificate is included on completion. The issuing partner is confirmed through your enrollment route.
